GÎTE L'HORIZON

This rental, located around 14 km from the beaches, comprises a large main room with a living room and fitted kitchen, and upstairs: a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a bedroom with a double bed (140cm) and a single bed (90cm), a shower room and separate toilet. The upstairs rooms have sloping ceilings (bedrooms, shower room and wc). The house also has a private garden and courtyard with table and barbecue, ideal for enjoying sunny days. For children: a swing, a slide and a sandpit. Pets are not allowed. The village of Bouin, near Pornic, is pleasantly situated in the heart of the Marais Breton and only a few kilometres from the Gois pass, giving you access to the Ile de Noirmoutier. Electricity at extra cost in low season.
In low season, electricity is charged at the current rate, according to the meter reading. Weekend rental rate, including 2 nights 150€ (one additional night 36€).
