At Destination GO Challans Gois, we pamper families! Workshops for children, activities and visits to do together and even ideas for restaurants...

Educational farms

Our Destination has 3 educational farms, ideal places for an outing with the little ones. All on a human scale, these farms promote animal welfare.

The Donkey Houselocated in the heart of the Marais Breton Vendéen, between Beauvoir-sur-Mer and the Passage du Gois, invites you to discover different breeds of donkey (Baudet du Poitou, Noir du Berry, Cotentin, Pyrénées, Âne Pie, Âne Blanc d'Egypte, Mule...) and their farm companions: cows, pigs, goats, poultry... as you stroll around the working salt marsh. During your visit, you can watch the donkeys being milked and the little ones can enjoy a donkey ride.

Educational and therapeutic farm, Fun K'Banes organise educational visits and workshops throughout the year. Sheep, goats, ponies, hens and rabbits live in cute little huts in the countryside around St Christophe-du-Ligneron. Booking essential.

In Sallertaine, The Zanimo island takes you to meet the farm animals: barnyard, rabbits, peacocks, donkeys, cows, pigs, sheep, goats, llamas, ponies and horses... Used to contact with children, the animals are very docile! You can approach them to feed and stroke them...
