In a salt works covering more than 1 hectare in the heart of the Marais Breton Vendéen, come and discover the work of the salt worker leading up to the harvesting of the white gold: salt! Thierry will take you on a guided tour of the circuit from the seawater to the crystallisers. Depending on the weather, salt is harvested and fleur de sel, coarse salt and salorge are tasted.
