Head to the Châteauneuf observatory to admire the colonies of storks. With around twenty perched nests, these great wading birds can be admired at close quarters, so get your binoculars ready! A great opportunity to explain bird migration to children...

Continue on towards Beauvoir-sur-Mer and stop off at Port du Bec to find out more about the oyster-farming trade. Push open the door of the " Damien Raballand oysters "An oyster producer in the Baie de Bourgneuf from father to son!
